its a Readylift 2.5" Front only kit, now if you have a F250 you will need to get a bigger block in the back but the F350 already has a bigger block

talk to Raul, stealthautomotive.com he will fix you up with whatever you need and is a great guy to work with!

How narrow are the stock 20's? and your 37's are 12.5 inches wide right?

ya tires are 12.5", i believe the rims are only 8 wide but not positive

i would say 1 - 1.5 mpg loss, IMO definetly worth it
