Trim on the bottom of the doors

Hello all,

I have an 2008 KR 250 SD and the trim on the bottom of my doors are faded really bad. The rest of the paint looks perfect. How can I remove these? Are they glued on or clips? If glued, is there any kind of release agent that can be applied without damaging the paint?

Trim on the bottom of your doors... Guess im stupid or havent ever paid attention.....
You have any pics of the trim...or are you talking about a two tone paint that KR and lariats have sometimes

I will get some pics and post them tomorrow. It does have the two tone paint but these are some trim pieces that are on the door

The rubber door ding guards? I used a heat gun and they peeled right off, no residue, took 10 minutes
