Power Fold Mirror Not Working

So the power fold mirror on my drivers side seems to be having issues. It will fold in, but wont fold out. Any ideas on how to fix it? This is the fold feature not working, not the telescoping feature. I remember a year or two ago there being a post, but for the life of me I cant find it through the search on here or through google.

no one have any ideas? I'm going to take the mirror off and have a look, but wanted to know what I might be getting into since its a maze of wires and motors in there.

If it wasn't workin at all I'd say the plastic gears are worn and that requires a whole mirror assembly. If it's just not workin one way it could possibly be the switch or the wire from switch to motor
