Lift Question

I just ordered a 6" rough country lift for my truck and my question is can i leave in my coil spacers from my leveling kit and make it an 8" ???

I've read about others doing it. I think you may need to
have an adjustable track bar, though.

Yes you can and yes you will need to either purchase an adjustable track bar OR you can cut your stock one and sleeve another tube on the outside in order to lengthen it.

In addition to the track bar length issue, if your system utilizes radius arm drop brackets you will also need to add in alignment cams to regain the proper castor. You will also need rear add-a-leafs or replacement springs in order to achieve a level stance.

Yup.


Look into the Icon track bar, I think I only paid like $17o for mine...adjustable, beefy....great part

$170 is a heck of a deal ... I can't find it for less than
like $260 I think it was ...
