Is this a 6" lift?

Found this pic on ebay and truck looks real good but doesnt list any specs. just says lifted oversized tires..etc. you lifted guys can u tell what size lift this is?

Looks like exactly what I have. 6" with 37's and 20's and even the same bumper.

Could be....I personally think its about a 4" with 35's

Below is 6" and 37"



EDIT: after looking again it could be 6 and 37...hard to tell

I say 6 with 37's only because those look like 20" wheels and there is alot of sidewall on the tire.....
