Hey 08 guys

Quick question. I'm wiring up my 08 mirrors on my 99. My question is, when you have your parking lights on, does your turn signal light come on as a parking light or does it only flash with the turn signals? I've never paid attention.

Not an 08, but I believe they are running lights (parking lights) as well as turn signals. I know my lights in my mirrors (07) have one set for running, and one set for signals.

Do your signals stay lit while the parking lights are on and flash when you signal?

Unfortunatly I don't think my lights will help you. My 07s have two different set of LEDs...one for running lamps (always on with parking lights) and another set that flash with turn signals independent of running lamps.

But 08s use regular bulbs I believe and I cannot for the life of me remember how they blink on the set I saw on an 06. Sorry bud.

It's ok. I got the driver's side done and was looking at them with the parking lights on and the turn signal flashing and I don't know if it looks right or not. I'm sure someone else will chime in soon.

Signals only come on when used, parking lamp does not blink.

The lower light comes on with the running lights .... the upper light comes on with flashers and turn signals
