Looking to switch out my stock side steps. I was looking at the power folding ones but was wondering if anyone has them in an area that has winter months, do they freeze up with slush/ice build up? Also include pics of what aftermarket side steps you have or if you've changed the appearance of your stockers.

Thanks for the input in advance!

I have amp research steps and love them and would recommend them to anyone. I've had them for over 4 years and haven't had a single problem. I live up in Canada and we see some pretty nasty amounts of snow, slush and ice. People always ask where's your steps, open the door and it blows their mind every time haha definitely worth the money imo.

I don't know, I'm a little frustrated with my amp steps. It got down into the single digits and the passenger step started acting up, it wouldn't go up all the way. I would have to open and close the door a bunch then it would finally go. Need to give amp a call and figure it out. But they are pretty sweet and the cleanest look!
