I always thought a pellet gun from a tree or roof some where I could hide and just plink at them a bit. I still say an alarm is youre best bet moition sensitive. you would be suprized what you can do with a door stop and a 4ft piece of #9 wire can do, another piece of tow truck gadgetry.

Jam the stop in at the top corner weakest part of door and use the wire to git the button. easy fast quiet. An alarm will tell you if anybody touches your truck add a coulpe dogs that can hear it before you do and youre good

They drove a screwdriver through the key hole and then broke the door handle trying to get in. Not actually sure if they got in since nothing was taken, but then again nothing was in there.

Any ideas on what a replacement handle and labor will cost?
Why don't you replace it with a passenger door handle that has no keyholes?
