Oh nevermind, I found out they are stock painted ones. Does anyone know how I could paint stock headlights to match these?

The process is a little lengthy and you may have luck doing a search as one guy has been doing them quite a bit.
The short version is:
Remove lights from truck and remove bulbs
Place them one at a time in the oven at 200-225deg for 10 minutes and pry to two pieces apart. repeat this step as much as necessary to get them apart. Took me 5 times per light.
Unscrew all of the interior parts, scuff the parts you want to paint and paint color you want.
let everything dry over night.
Put back together with high temp rtv and secure with blue painters tape and ratchet strap.
Install lights and install back into truck.
Stand back in awe at the awesome job you just finished.

OCI Butyl Rubber Glue - Accessories from The Retrofit Source Inc
I would suggest this to get them sealed the right way.

Butyl is the only way to go, RTV will off gas and cloud up the inside of the lens.

They have to have been taken apart and painted. The reflector is black instead of orange and has a star on the side!
