Whose truck is this?

Ok I found this pic at some point in the last couple of weeks, but I can't remember where - anyone recognize it? I'm curious about the suspension/tire details. It looks to be 37s with a 4" lift?

Guy on here has a truck similar to that for sale. 4.5" lift and 37/12.50 toyos

Found it! The truck belongs/belonged to a user named Zeddy... it's a 6" Fabtech lift with radius arms along with 37" Pro Comp Xtreme MT tires. Absolutely killer looking truck in my opinion - and definitely where I want to take my truck in terms of looks.

Thats mine, Fabtech 6" and 37x12.50.

The fabtech " kit is 6 in the front and 3 in the rear.
