Plastidipped my Stock 17's..

And I like it... Most likely now I will end up powdercoating them! Decided to take the plastidip approach first for the price factor and because I suck at photoshop.. I kept the center caps chrome and really like how they turned out.. Next is dipping my side vents and maybe the side steps.. but will most likely line-x the steps and the bumpers.. MUST DELETE ALL THE CHROMES! haha.

Enjoy.

Your truck looks great! I don't like flashy things and love my truck but wanted to get rid of the chrome rims.

I was comparing the cost of powder coating my chrome Moto-Metal rims or replacing them with a blacked out style... both options were very costly. A friend recommended plasti-dip. I did it back in spring of this year and they still look great even after hitting some serious mud a couple of times.

All this for an itty-bitty price... AND, I can use a pressure washer and remove it if I change my mind!
