ICON lift squeak

I have 2010 F250 with a 4.5 Icon lift with TEI spacer and 6" rear blocks. It has been on the truck for about 7000 miles and now the rear has started to squeak when stepping on the rear bumper and also possibly putting the truck in a bind while driving. I dont use this for any off road use. Is this the nature of having a lifted truck or what do you suggest. Ive been looking at getting the OUO traction bars with integrated blocks. What do you suggest? And would this help?

My 2009 has had a squeak since I bought it. I recently installed OUO traction bars with the integrated blocks and 7" Icon lift up front. The rear still squeaks same as it always has. So far I really like the traction bars, but I don't see them solving your squeaking.
