anybody have a BAKflip F1 tonneau cover

I'm looking to buy an F1 but I have a few concerns.
Can it be used one handed?
Can you really sit and stand on it?

I have a hard folding tonneau cover like that one. It is not too bad opening with one hard but gets heavy nearer the cab. I believe mine locks every second fold so I usually only have to pull the lock cable a few times (which can be a bit awkward at times). If that model has the option, I would get the struts installed so you can fold it up against the cab glass for maximum bed "usage".

I haven't really tested the weight limits of the cover but I have knelt/ sat on it a few times. It seems pretty sturdy though.

I have an F1 on my truck. It can be opened and closed with one hand. That isn't a problem. You just need to have a semi long arm to reach the pull string/cord. It isn't hard to reach. I haven't sat or stood on the tonneau. I know Bak Industry claims it can support up to 400 pounds evenly distributed but I wouldn't try it. The cover is only supported by 3 or 4 clamps on each bed rail. I don't think there's enough rigidity to sit directly in the middle of the tonneau or stand there either. I could be wrong though.
