Fx4 grille measurements versus XLT

I want to order the carriage works 3 piece black billet kit but it shows it fits fx4 grille only? The instructions say you have to cut out the middle stuff, so wouldn't the standard grille and fx4 grille be the exact same if you cut out all the middle and side vents so its just the shell with 3 openings? I see no difference in the measurements of the main structure once everything is cut out. Anyone know? Thx

I looked I think I figured it out cause standard grille not recessed so you could see the cuts. Oh well I'm not going to order a fx4 grille maybe watched for one used.

Lol yeah I know it sucks. I had an xlt grill before and was looking at the same type of grill inserts as you until I realized I needed the fx4 grill so I just went and ordered a new one for 400 bux shipped to my house and left it stock haha
