Door handle MOD 08

Not sure how to get this mod in the Mods only list so I added it to my
Garage.

In the factory Manual (Service tech) thier is a procedure to get back into the truck
I wont list it here . if I did I'd have to kill you.

I have received a few emails concerning the mod listed here. I want to clear up for those of you that don't understand
On a 4 door truck with keyless entry their is only "1 KEYED LOCK" (location Drivers front door)
If the truck is locked. then the other 3 doors cannot be opened via a screwdriver being jammed into the door handle
This Mod can still be accomplished just by removing the rod that attached the keys cylinder to the internal lock mechanism
Then using the typical entry method "Jamming a screwdriver into the door handle" would no longer work.
Since the main component is the "ROD" . The ROD is key component since its basically the lever that unlocks the truck. "UNLOCKS" not "OPENS"
Once the truck is unlocked then you just OPEN the door...
My thought is this. If a Thief see that the door handle has no lock maybe just maybe he will be deterred. then my mod is a success
If I had ONLY removed the ROD and not replaced the whole handle . The thief has no way of knowing this. And attempts to gain entry. with no success. he still does DAMAGE to the door(OUCH!) now this may have saved your truck but who wants to have their door re-painted?
I hope this clears up what and why in regards to this mod.

He replaced his front drivers door with a rear door handle. That way there is no lock hole at all.

Its a "KEYLESS" solution the 08's do not have a key on the passengers side.
only one on the drivers side. and I removed that one. so "NO MORE KEYS"
the tailgate has a key . But I added my own servo to lock/unlock it too.
I can still use the keypad to gain entry or my factory key fob.
Im not to happy with the keypad. I think its to easy to bypass
I'd like to find a better solution like more than 5 chars to gain entry someone needs to mae a mod then increases it to 6, 7 0r even 8 then I think it would be bulletproof.
