Looking for advice on bumper removal

I found a local guy that has a King Ranch and is wanting chrome bumpers. I have been toying with the idea of getting mine sandblasted and linexed but this will be a cheaper way out for me... even if I decided to get them linexed later. I am going to keep my black plastic trim (I personally think it will look good). I know the trim is just snapped on but I am looking for any advice on removing the bumpers. We are pretty much just replacing the bumper covers so I will need to remove everything, brackets, fog lights, backup sensors.... Just looking for any help you can provide. What is everyones opinion on me keeping the black trim? We both have the white with the tan bottom. I think the trim will go along with the pinstrip and not look out of place. I am not trying to make my truck a King Ranch... Just want the bumpers to match the truck!
