mirror light Mod

ok I've seen it somewhere but cant find it after over an hour of looking, there is a Mod here somewhere that shows where someone put a small led on the back side of the mirror to work like a turn signal. I have the stuff to do this and want to review the thread to make sure I get it right any help locating the thread would be appreciated

That is a good one. I'm gonna look and see if I can find a smoked amber one to blend in with the black mirror.

Thats a great idea. I have those same type lights on my service bed but they are amber clear LEDs that I smoked.... Look great. I must do more for my mirrors!

Only issue is it shining at you at night. Seems like a sweet mod though.

I guess I dont understand the purpose? Our tow mirrors already have turn signals on them...or am I just misunderstanding placement?
