35x12.5x17 on 17x8.5 wheels, will it fit? Lift or no lift?

I just bought a 2008 f250 crew cab short bed and its 100% stock, i hoping to remedy that very soon and so i was looking and tires and wheel combos. These are the tires and wheels I want

Wheels
Tires

Im not sure if they will fit without rubbing? if i should just level it or do i need a lift?

I wouldn't mind lifting it but im trying to spend the majority of my budget right now on performance and longevity upgrades, I also don't want to change the ride of the truck, for I fear a lift will make it ride crappy.

to me 17s would look a little bit small compared to the size of the tire and truck . imo
