Hood Deflector/Bug Shield

What seems to be the best bug shield? I have been considering ordering the ford oem smoked shield. Anyone have this? Hard to install? How do you like it?

I have a plastic one from AVS. cost 35 bucks as far as mounting it matches up with existing screw holes in the hood. takes about 10 minutes
