cab bolt spinning

I got an 08 6.4 an the fron two cab bolts are spinning. With just a long 1/2 ratchet. How can i get these out? Thanks

If its spinning you're going to have to use a torch to get it red hot then use a impact wrench to get it off. Usually it's just easier to use a torch to cut it off and replace it.
