Help and info on different Semi wheel adapters

I am looking to do the swap on my 2008 F450 up to some 22.5 with the semi wheel 10 bolt pattern. I'm wondering if anyone has any info on any other adapters other than the American Force style ones?

I located these pic's from an old ebay listing where the seller says these style adapters do not require the machining of the Alcoa wheels to fit the adapters but I have searched high and low and have not been able to find these adapters.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
