Best HID Kit?

I'm gonna try goin with HID's again...I tried once before with DDM Tuning bulbs in my Fogs, and cheap kit I was given for my headlights. The headlights worked great..except they'd flicker every 3 minutes or so. The fogs were great until I went to through a normal water puddle and one of the ballasts quit working..so.......My question is..what's the best place to get HIDs for my fogs and headlights WITHOUT having to pay an arm and a leg??? Bulbs going into a 08 F250

Ive never had an issue with my DDM's, but I hear there customer service has been lacking recently. I would go with retro solutions.

I have bought over 10 sets from ddm. The last set I bought came with a bad ballast on one side. They had me send the bad ballast in and a new one was on the way only bad thing is they are so busy that they usually come in from china and shipping takes around 2 weeks. You pay less so shipping and customer service aren't as good. If you buy from retro solutions you will get people that stand behind there product, fast shipping but at a premium price. Both will get the job done

Guess I'll give them a shot. Nothing against DDM...just not for me!

The price between the DDM and the retro solutions kit is with in $20-30 so its really not much more. After posting the other day I am started to have a ballast go bad on one of my headlights from driving on VERY bumpy roads alot. I called DDM and they want me to send the ballast in, which I cant do because I need my headlights, so they worked a deal with me on a new ballast at a discounted rate, and shipped free so I wouldnt have to send mine in. Not the ideal situation because I had to spend money, but they did a decent job of making it work for me and my situation.

Retro Solutions doesn't have very good customer service... Ask the guys on PSA. And the kits are the same quality as DDM, and the cheap eBay kits. They were all plagued with issues. After spending $700+ on HID's, I won't ever run them again. Silverstars or Philips bulbs FTW! No HID's for me.

TRS, TheRetrofitSource.com

Here's a thread with my projector retrofit pics. I used all parts from TRS and their service was top notch. Parts aren't cheap like Ebay junk, but my eBay junk never lasted long.
