wanted to do something that i havent seen before. might be someone out there that has done it but hope not! let me know what you think. also the ford logo on the side turned out awesome but didnt show up in the pic good. ill get a better one tomorrow in the daylight

Can you tell me how you got the headlight apart? I'm literally in the moddle of doing this and I'm struggling to get it separated. I'm using a heat gun and a utility knife to cut the epoxy and its taking for frickin ever!

if you use your oven and put it on 200 degrees. let it preheat. turn the oven off put the headlight on cardboard in there for a 5 or so minutes. pull it out and pry apart. preheat oven again while prying apart and repeat until ya get all the epoxy off.

Thank you! I found another thread that described it and it worked got it apart without any carnage! Ill be making a thread as well

Naww your good bud. I got er done last Saturday. Took eleven hours but it was worth it. I should have time tonight after work to make up a thread, I got tons of pics to share!
