PMF 2.5 springs

Looking to get a leveling kit for my 2010 f250, i like the idea of a new spring instead of the spacer. After doing some searching i found the PMF springs, read a lot of great things from them, but never could find a answer about plowing. Are these springs capable of taking the extra weight in the front for plowing? If not whats a better option without breaking the bank? Thanks guys
