Roof Rack

I have been looking into doing this for a while, but don't have any idea how it would look. I want to put one of those safari baskets or defender racks on my roof, for carrying spare tire and other things. The installation seems doable, but haven't been able to find any pics of a F-series with a rack. There are plenty of Ex's but none with the trucks.
Any pics or opinions welcome.

This is my last truck I had. It had the Yakima rack on it. Cant really say I used it, but it looked cool.
