Wanting to lower from 6" lift

Hey I have a 2008 f250 that came with a 6" procomp stage 2 lift installed
and I'm wondering what I would all need to change to go down to about a 2.5 level or 3" lift I'd like to keep my 37s their on 20x8.5" eagle alloys that have 4.649 backspacing and -1 offset. I know what I need for the rear but I'm not sure if the procomp radius arms or tracbar bracket would work.
Any help would be great thanks.

If you have any interest in trading lift kits let me know. I am looking to go up to a 6"
