Bilstein level kit??

Got an offer to buy a used Bilstein level kit for $290 shipped. Wondering if that is a good price and if that kit will fit my truck properly. It comes with two 5100 series shocks, two springs, and two 1" blocks for the rear. Does that seem a bit on the high side? I have found similar kits brand new for $345. And even some that have all 4 shocks for nearly the same price. Advice please?

same thing but the shocks are Bilstein I guess he cant find 2 of them? ( they are $100 each)

so bascialy you are getting a $1035 dollar kit minus 2 shocks but getting 1" blocks I also am sure the kit you are asking about is more than 2.5 inches I think 3.5 cuz I fit 37s tires with zero rub on body It did rub on contol arm but that is rim/tire not lift. ( it was my level kit)

Bilstein does have a level kit..problem is it isn't complete...you will need a adj track bar, rear blocks and U bolts..you don't want to stack blocks..You will also want castor shims to correct the loss of Castor from the lift.

I am sure you know alot more than me but there was no trac bar needed. and stacking the 1" block isnt gonna hurt anything I have spartan tune no wrap nothing it was fine. I have no idea about Castor as i didnt alingn it or was even there when they did

Yep not needed for those that don't care if the axle isn't centered...
funny....industry std is do not stack blocks...

Now if you bolt a spacer into the spring pack thats different.

my axle was perfect
1" block worked with zero problems but not needed I like the back higher than front as you see in my avatar that is the kit I had on. if its a big deal buy a 3inch block to me was not a problem

no idea what you are talking about bolting spacer to spring pack?

So do I need to buy anything else for this kit? U bolts, castor shims, etc? I'm new to all of this. I'm also trying to find the rear shocks to put them all on at once.

the shocks are 5100s you can find them everywhere for 80-100 each
I have no clue if he sent you Ubolts or if they were even needed?

The Bilstein leveling kit includes springs and shocks. It is a very nice kit for the money. If you have a F250, you will need to purchase 4" blocks and U-bolts or just get the 4" ReadyLift block kit. I wouldnt buy one used for $290, you can get them brand new for not much more. Let us know if you would like a quote, we have them in stock, ready to ship.
