1" leveling kit? What all does this require?

My front end of my 08 250 sits exactly 1 1/4" lower than the rear of my truck. I would like to put a 1" spacer in the front. Ive read about leveling kits extensively and installed a few on 1/2 ton trucks. My question is would I need track bar spacers. brake line relocation etc for such a small amount of lift? The kit im looking at is a under-coil spacer that bolts to the axle. Heres a link:

I would use a Icon TEI spacer...IMO better design. I would also add castor shims as these trucks just don't have enough castor stock.

Thats all you really need unless you want new better quality shocks.
