black or color matched door handles

I have black ones now truck is red. My theme is black and red so I love the black but they are a greyish white color now. not sure why sun beating on them or silly car wash guys put armorall on them.
if i get the factory red ones do they chip or scratch easy? will they end up ugly over time also or pretty tuff?

I have color matched OEM door handles and you can definitely tell that they get used everyday and are opened and closed daily. The outside of the handles look fine as there isn't too much wear and tear but the inside, where you put your hand to pull the handle is all scratched/faded and discolored on my truck. Personally, don't think it is worth it. I wouldn't pay extra as a stand alone option. If it wasn't part of a package, I would just have the black ones.

Go with the color matched. They look great, but I will say on mine after 7 years, the outside edges are showing a little wear.
