Stiff front end

I have a 08 f250 with a 4 inch lift, which was on it when I bought it. The best I can figure out is its a super lift at least that's what the front coil springs are. The truck rides really rough or stiff. I replaced the shocks with bilstiens and that helped some. Do i need to get some different springs or go with a 4 link system? I just don't know which direction to go. Any help is appreciated.
