tail lights with amber turn signals

i picked up a pair of tail lights at a swap meet this weekend. they have amber turn signals in them. just wondering what they could have came off of, i have never seen a set. i know the mustang tail lights with the amber sell for a firtune, as they are rare. curious what these are, thanks guys!

edit: didnt realize this was the 08 and on forum, they are the older style 07 and down.

European trucks require amber in the turn signals... thats the only thing i can think of
