08 same body as 99-07??

Ive been lookin and comparing the 99-07 and the 08 bodystyles. So other than the front clip, mirrors, taillights, tailgate, interior, engine, and the firewall-forward structure, what else is different? It looks like the cab, doors, and bed are the same to me. Is it??

don't know when the whole new body will come out. but you are right about the 08s. front fenders to front bumper, it's different, but other than that it's the same design in the body panels.

Body wise, the entire front clip is different. This includes... hood, fenders, grill, bumper etc... the mirrors are different too.

I believe, if I read correctly, a new 150 is coming in 09. But, I dont know if its all-new or if its just a freshening up of the current body. I did see a front end spy pic, and it kinda looked like the Expeditions, so maybe its still the same platform...

Supposedly the interior is the same dimension as the 99-07 -- so theoretically the 08 interior will fit in the 99-07

buuut, it might take some work

You are correct that from the front doors back, that they body styles are essentially the same
