Leveld 325/60/20 KM2 and roof rack project
Okay put the 2 1/2 leveling kit and 325/60/20 KM2. Been mocking up a roof rack should be done next week, gonna powder coat it tan to match bumpers. Have to wait till next week to get front bilsten shocks up front. The old 99 has a four inch kit with 315/75/16 ATs
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I used our old 99 for some mock up. The truck is my work truck so i just said screw lets make it different. Just like the yeti holder on the side and i'll be damn if ten people around town have jocked my build. |

08KR you have got the setup I have been debating over and it looks great. I have the same but a 10 model KR same color et al. and have a set of 325/60R20 Goodyear DuraTrac tires awaiting to be installed. I plan to install the 2.5 inch Ready Lift. How does your truck ride with those tires mounted on the 8" wide rim(my tires were recommending a 9" rim and I was not wanting to change rims)? Why type of lift did you install? What was the approximate change in your fuel economy(was it noticible from factory tires)? I also like the Yeti mount!

I have the superlift 2.5 kit in mine with bilsten shocks mine rides good actually better now than it was stock. But I say the bilsten made alot if difference. I clear mine easily fuel mileage always sucks cause u pull a trailer three days a week. But u say I list about 1 to 1.5 MPG but it looks good so which cares!

08KR, which Bilsteins do you have and do you have any issues with that wide of a tire on the 8 inch wheels? How heavy is the trailer you pull?
