Front Air Dam or Spoiler

I am wondering what my truck would look like with out the front air dam or spoiler on it, the one i have is that big wide one and i am not very fond of it, also will the more low profile ones fit my truck if the truck doesnt look good without it. Pics would be great...

In my sig, I have the job 1 air dam (short one) I am really wanting to mount running lights under my bumper and I want a Job 2 (tall) air dam, if you are interested, I would love to trade you my job 1 for your tall air dam...

I have the short one on mine.. i like the shorter one.. i'm not a fan of that big goofy lookin black thing hanging down off my bumper.. Just my opinion tho

I've heard rumors that the job 2 air dam gives an extra 1.5 MPG, can anyone whose ran both actually confirm this?

1.5 - 2 mpg minimum gain!


This is one area where a couple extra inches isnt going to do much...

I saw that thread (and a few like it) I don;t think anyone has ever confirmed it.

Canuck_Stroker I was also wondering the same thing as well. I have the big chin spoiler and prefer the looks of the small one. If switching to the small one makes a 1-2 mpg difference, I think I will stick with my big one. Might have to take it off for a tank or two to see if it makes a difference without it and that will probably give a good perspective.

05_PSD_Erik do you still have the small spoiler you want to trade? I live in western Virginia pretty close to WV
