hey pappabear thx , no back up sensors on mine ,but im sure those can be drilled out prior to powdercoat, as for fog lights ,i asked them to make 2 of mine the larger ones 5" or 6" but could not do it like the o5-o7 bumpers just not enough space to work with , as far as eliminating 2 thats a possiblity , they weld everything in house

I am getting the WIY kit.. I speak "miller" very well!! I just need to figure out if I'm going black pc, or gold to match the two tone on my truck.. The local powder coat company isn't sure how well their pc will match!!! Any suggestions on color?

cool! i was going to mention they have them kits very cheap, if you had time and like you said "speak miller" lol!! , as for color i went to verify color and was happy the way the black matched up , if you had them go with gold you maybe able to pull it off as there is enough space/break up between tires and running boards , so the color could be slightly off and still look matching !!!

top down pictures
hey dustroker08 , heres pics from top down you asked about, looking down there is a slight gap but is filled in by the intercooler, i think i know the gap your talking about is looking at it straight ahead ,the gap directly under the grille into the winch space , i have the exact same grille coming because this one is cracked , so im looking to install new grille and customize a small piece of the old grille to the bottom of it so it will fill the gap

Bumper looks great, but I don't like the gap between it and the grille. I wonder why they do that?

gap on chevys
ive looked all over , it seems to only be a chevy/gmc flaw , all the dodges and fords look great no question and fit much better , heres a pic w/gmc and pre ruuner bar ,it seems to help the gap a bit?

I am talking about the gap you can see in the 3rd pic of the first post on the '08 Ford. Why does the bumper dip down in the middle, rather than staying tight up against the grill?
