Torn between plain and chrome?

Well here she is as of today (see pic below). I was flipping through some old pics when it was plain w/o all the chrome and stuff. It made me kind of want to take it all back off back to original for a clean look. Sometimes I think all this chrome is tacky. Opinions?

I think it looks good, but I def. would not add any more chrome, like door handles, mirror caps, fuel door stuff like that.

Yea I'm not going to add anymore, if I could have anything it would be white mirror caps. If I could sell the inserts and bull bar I would. I take the bull bar on and off when I get tired of it. The lights have quick connects haha.

This is just me, but I like it the way it is. To me....to little 'bling' and it looks too vanilla / generic. OTOH, too much 'bling' makes it look gaudy. I think you've got a good balance. But...that's me.

Above all, regardless of what 'we' may say, it is your truck. You need to do the things to it (or not) that makes it...your truck!

You don't have to much chrome.. you have just enough... I would only say your next more should be wheels.

I'm in the same situation as you. I like the billet inserts on the front and also have them in the side vents. I would rather something else in the vents, but have no idea what to put and still have it match the grill. I think I'm eventually going to get the FX4 grill and keep just my bumpers chrome. I'm curious to see how the side badges would look all painted with chrome letters and billet inserts.
