Question Question for guys with Factory Sunroof

Just bought 2008 F-350 with factory Sunroof , When the roof is completly closed it seems that its not flush at the rear. (standing on the steps looking at it ) it looks to be a 1/8 to 1/4" too low. is this normal ? Thanks.....

According to alldata the panel is supposed to be -1.5mm to 0 on the front and 0 to 1.5 on the back. So a little low to flush on the front and flush to a little high on the back.

And it appears that measurement is using the seal not the glass.
