Where to find chrome mirror caps

I have a '08 Lariat and would like to get the chrome mirror caps. Not the full covers, but the factory style that only cover the top portion. Anybody know where I can find them?

Are your mirror caps painted? the ones that are removeable are either painted or chrome if the whole mirror is the black texture finish then they dont come off!

Stainless Steel and Chrome and Fender Trim Molding by TFP, Inc.

This company manufactures chrome covers, similar to the factory one. Scroll down the page until you see them.
