Painted Fender Vents

I painted my fender vents and replaced the red grille with a wire mesh. Just snapped a couple pics with my phone but I will get some better ones when I put in my new headlights tomorrow. Let me know what you guys think.

I actually had a spare pair of them but if I hadn't I would have taken them off. You needed them off to make a template for the metal mesh anyways.

The mesh is painted black also but the way the sun was hitting the paint made it look a little weird.

The mesh was actually an uncoated steel that I painted the same color as the rest of the vent.

And if anyone wants to know what I used or where I got anything just let me know.

Looks good. I would add some Gray inner lays to the vents. I don't think any online stores are making them anymore. I had a local shop make some for me.

Yep. I got it for all the writing in the vent. It cost me a few dollars b/c I had to get him to measure the letter which took a while to get right. Since he already has it programmed he shouldnt charge much. Up to you. Just thought I'd offer.
