Which leafs with OUO Traction Blocks and Coilover Spring Rate?

My 08 F250 truck has a 10" Fabtech lift that I want to replace with another 10" set up.
Here is the list of parts I plan on getting:
Front
1. OUO 4-Link
2. Icon Drop Brackets
3. 3" King or Fox Coilover with Reservoirs
4. Icon Box kit
5. Drag-Link?

Rear
1. OUO Traction Blocks
2. Soft ride leaf springs?
3. King or Fox 2.5 Reservoirs

My question is what is the best leaf spring traction block combo as far as ride and height of leafs and and traction blocks. I do not want to use the Ford stock leaf springs or my Fabtech leafs.

What spring rates do I need for the coilovers? The truck is mainly on the street.

I'm looking for a beefy drag link to match my Icon track bar. What to you recommend?

Thanks for the help.

I'd call the guys at truck toyz and ask them for advice. I'm assuming that's where you're planning on buying from? Unfortunately, most guys that do what you're planning on use the stock leafs with traction blocks, I know I did with my PMF ones.
