Shorter Lower Valence

I have done some searching on the site but I am having trouble coming up with a part # for the smaller lower valence off of the 2008 trucks. My 2010 came with the really long one and want to swap it out. I went to the Ford dealer the other day and he wouldn't even pull up a parts diagram without a VIN and if I gave him the one off my truck it would come up with the wrong part. From what I have read it is off of a job 1 truck. Thanks in advance for any input.

maybe someone else will chime in here with something but the only shorter ones I have seen have been cut.

Why would you want to put the older valence on the truck?

I got mine a while back from the local dealer. I just told him I wanted an 08 valence and he pulled it up for me. Around $60 if I remember correctly. I think you could also order the valence that comes on the 2WD and it is the shorter one.

Because the newer one is wayyy too long.... Shorter one looks better but supposedly the longer one boosts mpg...

Thanks for the replies. I like the looks of the shorter valence and I have a hard time believing that the longer one really boosts mileage. I guess I'll ride around with my tailgate down to gain the mpg's back.
