factory fender trim question....
I just realized that the fender trim on the rear fender is starting to come loose at the rear bottom corner. I can see that its only held on by double sided sticky tape. Has anyone had this problem and been able to fix it? I am not sure what I could use. I just purchased the truck one week ago. I wonder if they would fix this under warranty? Open to all ideas...

ya mine is coming off too, but its cause im missing one of those plastic screws..wish i knew where to get one, cause it flaps pretty good at 80mph, dont think mine is held with double sided tape, thought they were all held in with little plastic screws

It would be covered under the 3/36. I believe it uses screws on the inside of the fender opening and 3m double-sided trim tape around the top edge.

you are correct on how they are attached. Has anyone else had this fixed under warranty? I am wondering if its worth my time or if it will just happen again in a few months..

i still have my warranty (extended warranty), im going to take my truck in probably next week for an oil leak, might go ahead and mention it, but theyll prob say no, not sure if my particular extended ford warranty covers stuff like that.
