Truck went in to the body shop today

ok, have to vent on something...Sad to say, but not even 6,000 miles on her and I had to get a dent removed from the side of the box. I was at a guys house a week ago and their had to be a fight (of coarse) Someone slammed their head into my truck. creasing the box right at the top. Luckly I knew one of the guys that was in a fight and he said he would help me out with the dammage cost. Got an estimate on it last week and its gonna be around 1000.00 Lucky me I sure wish people would grow up. I shouldnt have to pay for anything.

You are right. You shouldn't have to pay for anything and they should at least buy you a case of beer for the hassle.

I think there should be another fight if you have to cover any of the cost

x2 on the fight if you have to cover anything! you should bash his head in it again until his head hurts too bad to say no.

Since it's not your fault it may not go up. I hit a deer about 8 years ago and had $1100 of damage that I claimed on insurance. Deductable was $50 for comprehensive and my insurance never went up.
