Line-x'd factory bumpers
Who out there has line-x'd their stock bumpers and were they chrome or painted? how are the holding up? I am thinking of doing my chrome bumpers but worried it will not take well on the chrome!

Well mines not a 6.4 but its the stock bumpers and they were chrome. It is really solid. I have only had it for about a month or so and no signs of weekness so far.

Rough up the chrome a little bit with some sandpaper or the best bet would be is sand or media blast them and the line-x will stick. I've powder coated over chrome with no problems. Best bet would be to ask your local line-x dealer

I have powdercoated chrome also with great results just not the line-x going to call the line-x guy and see what he recommends!
