Painted my headlights

Took me in total of about 4 hours with lots of beer breaks. I must say, these are one of the easiest headlights to do, except for the old silicone removing. had to bake the light few times to soften the rvt silicone in order to remove it and have it ready for a new one.

I didnt sand the chrome off, there's no need for that. did 2 coats of primer and about 4 coats of paint. I also did 3 heavy coats of nite shade for the orange reflector. Then I let the rvt cure over nite after I put every thing together. I must say, these are prolly the easiest headlights I worked on.

I have 3000K HID fogs, and 5000K low/hi beam HID kit from DDM tunning. Ordered a relay kit,but never installed it, and so far I haven't had any issues yet.

Some pics....

And with all lights on

Thats exactly what i'm going to do but i'm also going to put some nightshade on the headlight lens too. But those look great. I think it really makes the front end look sharp.

thank you! I dont have a paint sprayer, I used a paint in the spray can but it was mixed by a company online to color match my body paint.
