2010 Tailgate

I have a friend that just bought a 2010 F-350, SRW CCSB and the tailgate has the backup camera and step in it. He likes the camera but hates the step. He is wanting to trade someone tailgates even for one without the step as long as the camera can be removed from his and put in the new one. His truck is White Platinum Tri-coat and he wants a tailgate of the same color so he doesn't have to paint it. It has to be in perfect condition. I can get a couple pics if needed. Thanks in advance.

damn, i have the camera an no step but want a step. but i do have a black truck, not white

Tell him to go to ford and just get the plastic top. Thats what I did when my step broke. I think it was like $50.

He doesn't wan't the handle piece more than anything. He takes stuff in and out of the truck all the time and he says it's a pain when you want to sit something on the tailgate.

I'm pretty sure you could Remove the Handle and Replace the Tailgate Plastic Panel with a Standard one and you'd be fine.

I don't really care for the Handle, but I like the Step.

Take things apart a little bit. You will be able to see what you need to do...

I have a sterling grey truck with no tailgate step. I'll swap him trucks - I want a white.

that handle section will come off. I had mine taken off when I line x'd the bed.
