Left Front splash shield screw and rivet

The black inner fender splash shield is loose. There is a screw on the bottom of the fender. It will not tighten. The splash shield is currently moving forward and it now rubs the wheel. I have tried to locate the part number for this screw. Anyone know it or would I have to order a whole new splash shield molding?

I haven't looked at mine, but its most like not a screw. It's probably a plastic pop rivet or a screw in rivet. You can buy them in a box of assorted sizes at any auto parts store typically.

looks like im just gonna buy a new one because i am starting to hate having rubbing issues with my tires. i think it will be best to buy a new splash shield.
