12" and wanting to clear....

Hey guys I am still trying to get all my lift ideas out and just choose already.

I am for sure going to go with having Trevor build me a lift, If I can clear 22x14s on a 40/15.50/22 I am going to have him build it at 12".

My question is will I be able to clear? I know the wheel is a -76mm offset so its crazy wide, but thats what I am going for. on that big of a lift it will look good. but will it clear? I am not opposed to some trimming as long as it isnt obvious.
