Here's some new pics of my truck and just got an xq cap installed I'm real happy with the way it turned out. I'm not a big fan of caps but I like them on a lifted truck plus I needed the extre room.

Is that cap meant for an '08+ or '99-07? The reason i ask is im looking to get a cap and i have an '08 tailgate with the step and most caps that are made for '99-07's, the rear glass wont shut and lock because the bulge of the step. I see yours sits on top of the tailgate and i was wondering if LEER designs there '08 and ups like that or if thats a '99+. Thanks.

I have an ARE that they just had to put the correct trim plate on, i bought it used off an 05 and it works perfect with the new plastic parts.

i like it... but IMO some fender flares would make it look even better... gives it a wider stance
