I just clayed mine, hit it with cleaner wax then a coat of Meguiar's nxt 2.0. I don't think you have to wait at all. I don't.

That's exactly what I just did. It took me ALL day! Washed truck, dried truck, clayed entire truck (including top and canopy), waxed with cleaner wax (included with the Meguiar's clay kit), and then hit it again with the NXT wax. I was thinking of putting another coat of the NXT on but that might be overkill. By the way, I called Meguiar's and asked about washing the truck after claying. I called because the clay kit says to use the cleaner wax after claying but nothing about washing the truck again. They told me there is no need to wash the truck after using the clay bar. Thought I would pass that along as this process takes long enough as it is.

Took me five hours and I too thought about a second coat. I was just too tired and the beer was nice and cold

just because you clayed it does not mean anything other than it super clean. which is the best time to apply wax G00d J0B! |

Some products have a waiting period I have used Zaino and polished it three or four times that afternoon. Eight hrs, tired but that truck looked fing sweet! Now I just have to do it to my SD. The other was a 150cc.
